The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky is a limited edition blended whisky from The Lakes Distillery, whose Whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi has given this blend an extra maturation in Spanish oak Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.
As you might expect, The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky has a very rich, fruity sherry character which makes it an ideal digestif after a hearty meal. Bottled at 46.6% without colouring or chill filtration, The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky was a worthy winner of its category at 2021's World Whisky Awards.
