The difference after this is that it is then fully matured in Tawny fortified wine 100L octave barrels.

Official Tasting Notes Nose: Abundant, luscious and rich. Dried orange, fig and toasty oak. Palate: Sweet with dried fruit and nutmeg. Finish: Slow and balanced with a lingering dry spice.
