An old edition of Blanton's Original Single Barrel bourbon, famously chosen from the prime stock in Buffalo Trace's inventory. This Blanton's is from Single Barrel 501 (one for the Levi's fans) and was bottled in 2020 at the standard Blanton's Original strength of 46.5% aka 93 US Proof.
Blanton's Original was launched in 1984 as arguably the first luxury prestige single barrel bourbon range, and is often credited with helping to revive the flagging American whiskey market. These Blanton's Original single barrels are always delicious sipping drams and are a must-try for anyone exploring the bourbon category.
