This 10-year-old Caol Ila 2014 matured in a single first fill sherry hogshead cask 326040 that was bottled without colouring or chill filtration and turned out 308 bottles at a sturdy 54.9% natural cask strength. The lovely rich deep gold natural colour on this sherried Caol Ila is a sure sign that this should be a cracking dram for fans of the classic peat’n’sherry combo.
