Lowland Single Grain Scotch Whisky
Bottled by Wemyss Malts 70cl / 46%
This 14-year-old North British 2007 single grain is from the inaugural run of Wemyss Malts' updated Single Cask Series launched in 2022 with very smart updated bottles and packaging. They've kept the SMWS-style nicknames for their bottlings, though - this 2007 North British has been subtitled Melting Moments
Despite its gargantuan size, bottlings of North British's Lowland single grain are generally few and far between, as the distillery's output mainly goes to co-owners Diageo and Edrington's many blended whiskies. This Melting Moments Wemyss North British 2007 14-year-old came from a single hogshead cask that yielded 456 bottles at 46%.
