This 15-year-old Fettercairn 2007 matured in a single hogshead cask that yielded just 157 bottles at 46%, and has been titled Zest and Zeal by Wemyss in tribute to its character, which they describe as 'A smooth celebration of sweet citrus and sherbet, with a dry woody finish.'
