Wemyss Malts have had some outstanding long-aged Bunnahabhains in recent years and this looks to be another belter! It's a single hogshead Bunnahabhain 1990, bottled as a 28-year-old in 2018 at 46.9%, with 228 bottles produced.
Bunnahabhain's spirit is particularly well-suited to the sort of tertiary ageing / slow oxidation that comes with long maturation in hogsheads, often developing delicious tropical fruit flavours. This seems likely to be the case here, and with a name like Peach & Ginger Fuzz this should be scrumptious stuff.
