Midleton Very Rare 2018 Vintage Release

Blended Irish Whiskey
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 40%

The 2018 edition of Midleton Very Rare, an annual release from Ireland’s Midleton Distillery. First introduced in 1984, each vintage is created from a carefully selected combination of pot still and grain Irish whiskeys matured in American oak barrels.

The 2018 Vintage Release was selected by Master Distiller Brian Nation, whose signature appears on the label. Bottled at 40% ABV, it displays the elegant, fruit-led character for which Midleton Very Rare has become renowned, with notes of orchard fruit, vanilla, gentle spice and polished oak.

Released in strictly limited quantities and individually numbered, Midleton Very Rare has become one of Ireland’s most collectable annual whiskey series, with each vintage representing a distinct snapshot of the Midleton stocks selected that year.
