A bottle of the UK version of Daftmill 2008 Summer Batch Release Lowland single malt whisky, this was bottled without colouring or chill filtration and released towards the end of 2019 - the Summer in this whisky's name refers to when the whisky was originally distilled.

This Daftmill 2008 Summer Batch Release was a marriage of seven first-fill bourbon casks bottled in 2019 at 46%, with just 1760 bottles available worldwide. This was one of the distillery's early large batch releases and caught a lot of hype, but the whisky still stands up very well today and fully deserves its lofty reputation. A delightful old style Lowland single malt from Daftmill.
