TBWC's Glenallachie 10-year-old Records Batch 7 has been finished in quarter casks that previously held Pedro Ximenez sherry, and is an edition of 257 half litre bottles released at its natural cask strength of 54.2%.

Nose: The PX Cask influence is immediately apparent with big rich chocolatey notes leading dark fruits; black cherry, medjool dates, and raisins.
Palate: A silky smooth mouthfeel with rich dark chocolate with raisins and nuts. Spices quickly follow, with a prickle of pepper that lingers long into the finish.
