Just like the Starward Two-Fold, the Nova has been matured exclusively in ex Australian wine casks that are often filled fresh, when still wet to help impart those bold fruity flavours from the wine.
The Nova is a double distilled single malt that has been made with Australian barley and craft brewers’ yeast for extra ooomph.
Aged for just 3 years this whisky has an exceptional length and bright aromatic notes of red berries, orchard fruits, vanilla, caramel and soft oak spice.
Just like the Two-Fold this whisky was also a gold medal winner at the 2020 San Francisco Spirits Awards.
