Speyside Single Malt Whisky
Bottled By South Star Spirits 70cl / 48%
The launch of South Star Spirits is one of the first landmark moments in whisky for 2022. South Star is a sister company to director Iain Croucher's North Star Spirits, and was announced alongside the plans for the new Dal Riata distillery to be built in Campbeltown.
The first batch of South Star Spirits Speyside 2011 is a single malt from an unnamed distillery, assembled from a small batch of 10 hogshead casks, with 2148 bottles released at 48%.
