Speyside Single Malt Whisky
Bottled By North Star Spirits 70cl / 51%
Released as part of indie darlings North Star Spirits' Batch 016, this Glen Moray 2007 has been bottled in late 2021 as a 14-year-old from a single Oloroso sherry hogshead that yielded 280 bottles at 51%.
There's quite a few Oloroso sherried releases in this batch from North Star, so it'd be a shame if this one gets overlooked - we suspect this Glen Moray 2007 will be excellent stuff.
