Islay Single Malt Whisky
Bottled By South Star Spirits 70cl / 48%
South Star Islay 2013 is a mystery 8-year-old Islay single malt whisky, launched as part of the inaugural releases from South Star Spirits, an offshoot from North Star Spirits, one of Scotland's finest indie bottlers.
South Star's first releases are a trio of mystery single malts bottled at 48% from batches of 10 hogshead casks. This South Star Islay 2013 8-year-old will undoubtedly be extremely popular and we can't wait to see what the future holds for South Star, which was launched at the same time as the announcement of the plans for the new Dal Riata distillery in Campbeltown by North Star's director Iain Croucher.
