An old bottle of small batch Kilchoman 3-year-old Autumn 2009 release Islay single malt whisky. This was only the second ever general release official bottling of Kilchoman's single malt whisky.
This 3-year-old Kilchoman Autumn 2009 release came from a small batch of fresh bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace whose whisky was finished for three months in Oloroso sherry butts. A single refill bourbon barrel was then added to the vatting before the whisky was bottled without colouring or chill filtration. Kilchoman Autumn 2009 was an edition of 10000 bottles released without colouring or chill filtration at a hearty 46%.
