This James Eadie 10-year-old Caol Ila 2013 was finished for 9 months in a refill Palo Cortado sherry hogshead, yielding 315 bottles at a tantalisingly sturdy natural cask strength of 56.1%. Palo Cortado is one of the drier sherry styles and should suit Caol Ila down to the ground - we reckon this should be an absolute belter.
