A single cask Tormore 2008 15-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2024 for the UK market without colouring or chill filtration for Alistair Walker’s Infrequent Flyers series.
This Infrequent Flyers 15-year-old Tormore 2008 came from Cask 804904, a Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon cask in which the whisky was finished before bottling, and which yielded a generous 678 bottles at a hefty natural cask strength of 58.6%. This will be excellent.
