A single cask Tomintoul 1998 limited edition Speyside single malt whisky bottled as a 24-year-old in October 2022 at full strength without colouring or chill filtration for the distillery’s Single Cask series.
This 1998 Tomintoul 24-year-old came from a single Madeira cask #2541 that yielded 321 bottles at its natural cask strength of 50.2%. Madeira seems to be a good choice for Speyside whiskies, with the rich, raisiny wine adding delicious fruitcake flavours.
