This 16-year-old Teaninich 2009 came from single cask 716125, a refill Oloroso sherry cask bottled without colouring or chill filtration with an outturn of just 207 bottles at a robust 56.4% natural cask strength. Teaninich is another of the permanently underrated quiet Highland distilleries in Diageo's portfolio, and this looks like an ideal example.
