The Handfilled edition Glen Gariochs are specially selected to be bottled by visitors to the distillery, so these are always excellent casks.
This 1997 Glen Garioch Handfilled came from Cask 9, a first fill sherry butt originally filled in September 1997, and was bottled in June 2019, making this whisky a 21-year-old. A massive sherry bomb Glen Garioch of the best type, this is a hugely rich, fruity, spicy whisky at its natural cask strength of 57.4%.
