This Cask Noir 10-year-old Bunnahabhain 2011 was finished in Cask 873, a first fill bourbon hogshead that yielded 231 bottles at its natural cask strength of 56.8%. Cask strength Bunnahabhain, especially from bourbon casks, is a joy for fans of characterful drams, and this one looks like a belter.
