This Ardmore 2010 Cask #1930144 started life in a plain oak cask before finishing in the sherry octave, and was bottled as a 10-year-old in 2021, yielding just 56 bottles at 54.3%.

Tasting Notes
Before: Peat, fire embers, lemon zest, pretzels, smoked bacon.
After: Applewood smoke, toasted rye bread, toffee crisp, hint of peppermint, ashy.
While not tasted this unique whiskey. (I purchased for a collection) I will be looking to purchase more bottles in this range.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants a unique bottle in a very limited run.
