A single cask TMAH Trinidad 1991 25-year-old rum released in 2017 by independent bottlers Cadenhead's for their 175th Anniversary Single Cask Rum series.
This rum was distilled on a column still in 1991 by Trinidad Distillers - home of the more familiar Angostura rum - and was bottled without colouring, chill filtration or added sugar at its remarkable natural cask strength of 64.3%. This rum bears an unusual TMAH mark that there doesn't seem to be much info about - my guess would be Trinidad Main Angostura Heavy or some variation thereof.

Complex with subtle dried citrus, raisins as I would usually like in a sherry cask but something (the smoke, grape skins ? from the sherry cask?) unwelcome reminds me of grappa.
