A single cask staff-only Kilkerran 14-year-old Campbeltown single malt whisky released at Christmas 2020 from Springbank's Glengyle distillery.
This 14-year-old Kilkerran single malt was a private bottling from the Glengyle distillery issued to owner J.A. Mitchell's Shareholders, Directors and Staff in Christmas 2020 and was bottled from a Rum Wood cask at 46% in an edition of just 105 bottles. A rare treat for Kilkerran collectors.

Complex with subtle dried citrus, raisins as I would usually like in a sherry cask but something (the smoke, grape skins ? from the sherry cask?) unwelcome reminds me of grappa.
