As part of Cask Series 011 from North Star Spirits we have this beautiful single cask Springbank.
Distilled in 1994 and matured in a refill hogshead before being bottled in 2020 at 25 years old. This whisky was bottled at a cask strength of 48.5% with a yield of just 270 bottles.
This is one hell of a whisky.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Medicinal, waxy and coastal wee toon loveliness.
Palate: Chewy - massage your taste buds with mangos and marmite.
Finish: Salty, with some savoury and sweet toasted lemon rind, wish I had more of this.
