Relaunched in 2018 with a different recipe and very smart updated packaging, Pusser's Rum 15 Year Old remains a very fine navy-style rum, and the new recipe won World's Best Pot & Column Still Rum at the 2019 World Rum Awards. This has always been a great rum for single malt fans.

The older versions of Pusser's 15-year-old contained a mix of Guyana and Trinidad rums, but this latest iteration uses rums solely from Guyana, distilled at the Diamond Distillery (home of El Dorado and the famous wooden stills). Pusser's 15-year-old is unusual in that it is a true 15-year-old, aged in ex-bourbon barrels for the full decade and a half rather than being a mixed-age blend, and it's also unsweetened and free of artificial flavours and colours. As dark rums go this is one of the best that we have tried.
