Batch 12 of Nc'Nean's organic Highland single malt whisky follows the same winning formula as previous editions: a small batch of the distillery's Light and Fruity style spirit distilled in 2018 and matured in 65% Shaved/Toasted/Recharred (STR) red wine casks and 35% in ex-bourbon casks before bottling at the end of 2021.
Nc'Nean Organic Batch 12 has been bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration in a batch of 5040 of the environmentally conscious company's recycled glass bottles. The success story at Nc'nean continues.
