This 1984 Macduff 24-year-old is one of a series of quality sister casks bottled by Direct Wines in 2008 for their First Cask series. Macduff itself is one of modern Highland distilleries in Bacardi's Dewar's portfolio, whose official bottlings are generally bottled as Deveron or Glen Deveron.

These First Cask Macduff 1984 casks were sourced from Signatory and like the rest of the series were bottled at a palate-friendly 46%, thereby removing the need for chill filtration.
