Mannochmore Port Finish is one of the first six whiskies released in late 2022 by Murray McDavid for their new Cask Craft range at 44.5%.
As the name suggests, this Cask Craft is a small batch of Mannochmore single malt whisky finished by Murray McDavid in port wood barrique casks, giving the whisky an extra layer of cooked dark fruit flavours, which should complement Mannochmore's sturdy young spirit without dominating the palate.
