Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Murray McDavid 70cl / 50%
A 14-year-old Benrinnes 2007 bottled from a pair of sister casks by Murray McDavid for their Benchmark series.
This Benrinnes 2007 14-year-old is actually an unusual combination finish - the whisky from one of the original casks was re-racked into a tawny port pipe, while the other ended its days in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask before the two were reunited for this bottling, which yielded 506 bottles at a slightly higher-then-normal 50% bottling strength.
