A 2007 Inchgower 14-year-old single cask bottled without colouring or chill filtration in 2021 by Mossburn Distillers for their Vintage Casks range at its natural cask strength of 56.2%.
This 14-year-old single cask Inchgower 2007 was bottled from a barrel that previously held the classic Bordeaux white dessert wine Sauternes, adding a layer of sweet fruit and honey to Inchgower's clean, structured Speyside character. This should be delicious.

I know I bought a cask strength whisky but was expecting a nice taste but the strength overpowered the flavor, I found it harsh, but I am not a whiskey conasur. I also bought the secret Orkney signatory cask strength and that was very nice.
