This is a Linkwood 2011 bottled at a hearty 57.8% in 2021 as a 10-year-old by Hannah Whisky Merchants for their Lady of the Glen series, finishing its maturation in a Marsala barrique for a little extra depth and fruity sweetness.
The apricots are right up front. This is a whisky which produces discussion and conversation. That can’t be a bad thing. Everyone I have shared it with loves it!
