A single cask Dailuaine 2007 15-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by indie bottlers Gleann Mor for their Rare Find range.
This 15-year-old Dailuaine 2007 came from single cask 9003782, and was finished in a white wine cask before being bottled at its chunky natural cask strength of 55.3%. Official bottlings of Dailuaine are thin on the ground, with the honourable exception of the stalwart Flora & Fauna 16-year-old, so this kind of unusual full strength single cask edition is always welcome.
