Ardnamurchan return with another splendid small batch: this Ardnamurchan AD/10.22 is a limited run of just under 6000 bottles and, unlike the standard Ardnamurchan AD releases, was made entirely with the distillery's unpeated spirit.
Ardnamurchan AD/10.22 Madeira Cask Release started its maturation in ex-bourbon casks, before being transferred to finish in ex-Madeira casks that have lent a lovely tinned fruit syrup edge to the Ardnamurchan spirit. Bottled at a hefty 58.2%, this will be popular.

It’s a good flavour similar to the secret appetite (M) but with even more flavour. You have to add a bit of water to get it to 50% and the flavour is released in full.
