Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling 70cl / 46.3%
An old bottle of Ardbeg 23-year-old Twenty Something Islay single malt whisky. This is the Committee Release of this Ardbeg, and was released in 2017.
Bottled at a hearty 46.3%, this Ardbeg 23-year-old Twenty Something was assembled from a small batch of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks that were filled with whisky distilled in the early 1990s prior to the Glenmorangie takeover, a period when the distillery was only operated for a few weeks each year by workers from former sister distillery Laphroaig. A terrific old school Ardbeg whisky with real character.
The product price on margin items include VAT which must not be shown separately or reclaimed as input tax. Input tax has not been and will not be claimed in respect of the margin goods sold.

Richly sherried and fruit driven and all the better for knowing that all proceeds will go the very worthwhile cause of Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance.
I bought this as a present then did the tour with my brother at Lindores Abbey distillery in Newburgh Fife. The bottle i bought from Whisky-online was cheaper than at Lindores ,very happy again and a very quick delivery.
