Ladyburn

Ladyburn was a Lowland single malt whisky produced on a separate set of pot stills at the Girvan grain distillery between 1966 and 1976. Such a short lifespan has inevitably led to much curiosity surrounding Ladyburn's distillate and automatically promoted it fairly high in the ranks of historical interest amongst collectors. Ladyburn was also occasionally bottled as Ayrshire.

There are only a handful of bottlings of Ladyburn in existence and sadly prices now reflect the scarcity of Ladyburn's single malt whisky. If you are interested in trying this fascinating and rare nugget of Scottish distilling history then now is the time, as the dwindling supply of extant bottles dictates that prices can only go up from here.
