Isle of Raasay Dùn Cana was launched in late 2023 and is a permanent new addition to the distillery's core range. The name Dùn Cana comes from a distinctive flat-topped hill with beautiful views near the top of the island.
Bottled without colouring or chill filtration at a hearty 52%, Isle of Raasay Dùn Cana is a combination of the distillery's peated and unpeated whiskies that were matured originally in ex-rye whiskey casks before being finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry quarter casks from Bodega Miguel Martin.
