This 11-year-old Caol Ila 2012 is Batch 11 in the Reserve Casks range and was matured in a small batch of refill sherry butt casks before bottling at the Reserve Casks standard strength of 48%.
Assembled by the talented Oliver Chilton, these Caol Ilas from Elixir have been nothing short of superb, and are genuinely great value for money.
