A 19 year old Caol Ila distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2015 at 50% by Hunter Laing for their Old Malt Cask range. One of just 239 bottles from a refill hogshead. Based on other parcels of 1996 stock from Caol Ila floating about at the moment this should be a briny, antiseptic and peat driven show stopper of a dram. If you love Islay whiskies, you should probably just buy this.
