An 11-year-old Undisclosed Highland single malt whisky distilled in 2011 and bottled in late 2022 by North Star Spirits for the 21st batch of releases in their Cask Series.
We won't speculate which distillery this is from, but we do know that this North Star Undisclosed Highland 11-year-old is a vatting of port and oloroso octave casks with a refill hogshead, all of which turned out a total of 265 bottles at a robust 56.5%. North Star are usually on the money with these bottlings, and this looks like great value.
