This 25-year-old Macallan 1997 Speymalt came from a single refill sherry hogshead cask 21603405 that yielded 309 bottles at its tantalising 52.5% natural cask strength. G&M's Speymalts are the best value long-aged Macallans on the market and this looks like another absolute star.
