Ahh the old G&M Highland Parks! These younger versions from the 80s were wonderfully flavoursome malts that really betrayed their island origins very distinctly. Lots of honey, heather, sea air, faint medicinal touches, delicate peat tones and a drying, coastal smokiness. Just fantastic old school whisky and at a very good price to boot. You definitely won't be disappointed by this one.
