The casks for this Glen Grant 50-year-old are believed to have been from Gordon & MacPhail's stock of outrageous quality first fill sherry butts and hogsheads, and the whisky shows huge notes of antique hardwoods, resin, dark chocolate, mulling spices and stewed fruits. Sumptuous and utterly luxurious whisky.
