Description

Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 40%

A lovely old bottle of young Rosebank, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2000 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseurs Choice range.

This Rosebank 1989 hails from an era when the distillery had only been closed for a few years and most independent bottlers had ready access to a plentiful supply of casks. Gordon & MacPhail released young Rosebanks like these regularly and they never fail to impress - these gentle but characterful Lowland drams are delightful aperitifs, and a perfect example of what used to be called breakfast whisky.
