This 16-year-old Craigellachie 2007 came from single cask 900582, a refill sherry puncheon cask that turned out a generous 604 bottles at a quite outrageous natural cask strength of 64.5%, so this will be a very rich and powerful whisky - probably best to have the water jug close to hand.
