A special Aultmore 2005 Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2021 by Gordon & MacPhail as the 8th edition of their Spiritual Home Exclusive bottlings, originally only available at their shop in South Street, Elgin where Gordon & MacPhail began trading in 1895.

This cask strength 15-year-old Aultmore 2005 came from a refill bourbon barrel that yielded 232 bottles at a vey promising 54.3%. Aultmore is more commonly seen from sherry casks, so this is a chance to check out the distillery's sturdy spirit in a more natural form.
