This 21-year-old Ardmore 1997 matured for 21 years in a refill American hogshead that yielded 248 bottles at a whopping natural cask strength of 58.3%. These 1997 Ardmores were all the rage with aficionados a few years back, and with good reason as they were all excellent drams.
