This is the perfect introduction to this distillery and a great example of a more old-style Speysider. Glenfarclas is easily one of the most genuine and charming distilleries in Scotland today and this 10yo is the perfect introduction to the stunning quality that this distillery has produced for decades now. Glenfarclas 12 year old - Packed full of sherry and fruit, this is one up from the 10-year-old in terms of depth of flavour. A fantastic whisky that was originally released for export markets and travel retail but has now found itself a stable home. Delicious!

Bottled in various guises since the late 60s this legendary name is synonymous with massive notes of chocolate, fruit oils, nutmeg, caramel, stewed fruits, simmering spices, dark brown sugar, leather, wax and very thick notes of clean, vibrant sherry. A consistently wonderful bottling that shows Glenfarclas in all its youthful, naked glory.
