A 1999 Glenfarclas single cask Speyside single malt whisky bottled at full strength without colouring or chill filtration in 2014 for the distillery's legendary Family Cask series.
This Family Cask Glenfarclas 1999 came from Cask 6321, a sherry butt that yielded a generous 608 bottles at an exceptionally hefty 59.5%, so expect fulsome sherry fruit flavours and keep a drop or two of water on the side, as this one will probably sing best with a little lubrication.
