This 1997 Glenfarclas 25-year-old came from Cask 3, a sherry butt that yielded 549 bottles at a robust 56% natural cask strength. A 25-year-old cask strength sherried Glenfarclas is as close to Speyside perfection as you could wish for, this should be lovely stuff.
